This has certainly been a challenging week, and it’s not quite over! Sunday was great and Monday was fine. Everything changed, however, early Tuesday morning when I pulled my right hamstring muscle. I could barely walk on Tuesday, so I worked from home. I normally work at home on Wednesdays, so I didn’t go back to the office until Thursday. My leg feels much better now, but it will be awhile before I can walk with a normal gait at a normal pace. Right now, I have to walk slowly and carefully–but, I can walk!
I worked late every night except Monday. Last night, I ended up leaving shortly before 2:00 a.m.. I made a quick stop at Wal-mart, so it was about 3:20 this morning when I got home. As I walked in the door, I thought, “It feels warm in here.” I checked the thermostat and saw that it was 94 degrees. I keep my house warm in the summer, but not that warm! I checked the floor vents and discovered that there was no cold air coming out of them. The last time that happened, it was because ants had shorted out a contact in the condenser. I suspect that’s what’s happened again. So, I am now waiting for Air Rescue to call me back. They did a great job last time. I’m sure this will be fixed before the day is over, but, until they call back, I can’t be sure when it will be fixed.
That’s it for now. Please pray for quick healing of my leg so I can get back to walking.
May God bless you all!
